'Summon The Faithless' is a banger, stuffed to the gills with the kind of noise that kids dream about playing when they are rebellious teens. It's great stuff throughout, well played on all levels. I'm pretty sure that Lord Dying have a bright future ahead of them, or a dark one, whichever they see fit to pursue. -

Having already toured and shared the stage with the likes of Down and Red Fang, Lord Dying are a young band that has matured well beyond their years into a fully developed titanic heavy metal band. Lord Dying's 'Summon The Faithless' is not only one of the best debuts of , but one of the straight up best records of the year by any band. -

It’s easily LORD DYING‘s most musically diverse album, but one that could only be made following the band’s jackhammer debut Summon The Faithless, and ’s brooding Poisoned Altars. “It’s more along the lines of what we wanted to do early on,” says Evans.
